Castle of glass

Underneath the sun
Underneath the moon
Underneath the countless stars
We will live our lives
Just beyond the brink
But why should I even think
That there could be a we

I am just a fool
Building castles in air
Made up of glass
And you are just a crack
And you will bring my world down
Yeah, you will burn it to the ground

O heart! My heart! Heart! Heart! Heart!
How could you think
You could solve the riddle of love
Now look it made you sink
It will bring you to your brink
And you are a fool
Creating a love
When you knew it can't be shared

I am just a fool
Building castles in air
Made up of glass
And you are just a crack
And you will bring my world down
Yeah, you will burn it to the ground!

P.S. - I know heart is the wrong organ to blame such things.

The line "o heart! My heart! Heart! Heart! Heart!"  was stolen from a poem by Walt Whitman.

Note: This is a prologue of a short story that I have to write. I need suggestions on sentence formation, grammar and writing style, so feel free to criticise.  'I must reach the sun', I thought looking at the hundreds of glistening pieces of our beloved star. A giant fireball cut into pieces by the icy ocean. My body went numb to save me from dying. But for how long? The funny thing about our sophisticated human body is that, when it's submerged into water at subzero temperature; the blood is withdrawn from our limbs and torso then sent to our brain to save it from dying. But the only possible way for it to survive is to get out of the water. So how can it survive if the body is numb and unmovable? How can I? But I have to live. I must live. I must reach the sun. My body craves for oxygen; I have to breathe. I must move. I must reach the sun.                     ***

The earth stood still and the sun went round,  With the blistering moon and the stars all around.  I stood and watched as the smoke surrounds,  I choked to death with people all around.  I woke up.  I sat, silently in the hall  And I tried to recall.  The dream,  What could it possibly mean?  The infinite darkness in the sunlight beam.  Is it destruction’s grand scheme?
